:::What is your current glyph set up? Please explain why you have chosen these glyphs.

Glyph of Lava, Glyph of Flametongue and Glyph of Lightning Bolt. Not what most endgame shammies use. I find that my rotation works best like this, bit more of a slow burn. Will switch to Glyph of Flame shock, if my dps isnt good enough.

Just Frozen Wastes. Not much of an achievement hunter, have a retired hunter for that.

::Are you open for constructive critisism regarding the way you have spent your talent points? Do you follow theorycrafting regarding your class? Would you consider respeccing for another raid role? Please discuss these questions in your answer.

I am, I look at forums and blogs to find some new helpfull info. Not using what's considered the best rotation(see glyph question)I've never been good at healing, so that's not so much of an option for me.

:::Please discuss your current gear set up and the theory behind it (If there's a theory at all). What is your average dps in heroic/raids? How would you choose to gear your character to maximize your damage/healing/tps output / or survival?

I have 3 gearsetups, 1st(best dps) 10%hitrating, and 2nd 13%hitrating (if no Spriests/boomies), and 3rd offhealiing for 4horseman(10man)/Instructor if 2 healing priests.
My average dps on dummys is 3.2-3.4k dps without hero/EM. Low dps on trash due to lack of AoE, did 4kdps in 10man on patch(had eartliving on, /epicfail Roll Eyes

, forgot to change after i tanked 4 horseman) dont do much heroics, but 2.5-3k i guess.

:::Please summarize your raiding experience in WoW. Suggestion of things to include are guilds, reason for leaving them and what dungeons you have experience from.

Didnt do much raiding in TBC, because the entry level was abit too hard for me and just started playing WoW almost. Been in a few raidguilds in Wotlk, but every attempt on progression felt abit random since people didnt show up, had to get Pugs, disagreement with raidleaders. Done 14/15 naxx25, naxx 15/15. And still have some trouble at maly 3rd phase(hate the camera, but I should improve) No luck on +drakes(never had a serious try)

:::What are your views, in general, on loot and the way it should be distributed? In your opinion, what is the purpose of gear?

Everyone loves upgrades, but some common sense like pass for people with blues that show up on time and do a good job, but maybe have bad luck. DKP is good. Encourages everyone to show up, learn strats and do their best.

:::Have you read our guild- and raid rules and do you agree with them? Is there anything that you are uncertain of or have questions about?

I have, good rules much better than guilds I've been in. I dont talk much, but I do my best and is focused during raids.

:::Do you have a reliable internet connection or do you tend to d/c frequently? Tell us the truth, we will notice eventually. Are there any other things that might occassionally prevent you from raiding? (Girlfriend, mother, obesity etc.)

Not much problems, router restart sometimes takes 2-3min then back. Every late spring, mid fall and christmas i visit family in Spain for 2-3weeks. Dont play much during hiatus, summer.

:::How did you hear about BotE and do you know anyone in the guild who would vouch for you? What are your expectations of the guild?

Dont know anyone in guild. Someone told me to aply here after i was looking for a more serious guild. Expect fun and focused and mature team players.

:::Why should you be a member of BotE? What can you offer us that others can't?

Bolts of fury! I am focused, like discussing theory crafting(have a retired hunter, startet gearing up my shadowpriest). I bring my totem caddy(need more?), profs are enchanting/alchemy, always use flasks, best enchants and food.
